Saggi is the CEO and is a Principal at Westwater. He
is responsible for managing the company, and developing and executing the
long-term strategy of the firm. He personifies Westwater's commitment
to delivering the highest quality services to its clients and creating an internal
culture within the firm that fosters excellence. He has in-depth business knowledge
on several aspects of the financial services industry, and has assisted many
organizations with the deployment of enterprise-wide solutions. Prior to founding
Westwater, he was responsible for providing leadership and growing two
successful consulting organizations. Rajesh has worked at a premier investment bank
and has an MBA from Wake Forest University.
James T. Leman is Head of Capital Markets and is a Principal at Westwater.
Jim is currently consulting after having spent years leading global electronic trading
and external connectivity, global operations management and regulatory groups at
Citigroup, HSBC and the New York Stock Exchange and their affiliates. Jim also served
as the President of SunGard BRASS. Jim has in-depth skills in financial and operational
aspects of the brokerage industry, and continues to lead firms and the industry,
in creation of innovative technologies and standards for trading and managing the
processing of securities transactions. Recognized as one of the top technology innovators
of the ‘90s by Wall Street & Technology Magazine, Jim is a founding member
of the FIX (Financial Information Exchange) Industry committee; he led the global
creation of the FIX committee in Europe, Japan, and Asia. Jim was also a founding
member of Thompson/DTCC Omgeo (US) Advisory committee. Jim holds a BS in Accounting
St. Peter’s College and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
Ravi
Manchi is Head of Business Strategy and Global Delivery and is a Principal
at Westwater. Ravi has in-depth business knowledge on several aspects of financial
services industry, and has assisted many organizations leading complex business
transformation projects the deployment of enterprise-wide solutions. Ravi has managed
efforts within the areas of trading, straight-through-processing, risk management,
clearance & settlement, business intelligence (MIS) and compliance solutions.
Ravi has provided strategic planning and implementation expertise in several business
areas throughout Banking and Capital Markets. Ravi has worked at a premier investment
bank and in various capacities at a top consulting firm. Ravi has an MBA in finance.
Frank
Bosketti is an Executive Director at Westwater and is responsible for
Delivery. Frank leverages 25 years of consulting experience in the financial services
industry. He has significant expertise in assisting clients of major financial services
firms to design and implement large scale change programs - designed to optimize
operational performance and drive revenue growth. Frank has led many teams on business
strategy, business transformation, technology and Project Management Offices (PMO)
initiatives. Prior to Westwater, Frank held senior positions at top-tier consulting
firms and has an MS in Organizational Behavior.
